French Conversation

It's summer! Proper summer!

The girls are playing outside. BK2 comes in running.

BK2: "Maman, on peut avoir de la glace au chocolat?" (Mum, can we have chocolate ice cream?)

Me: "En dessert, oui" (For pudding, yes)

BK2: "Ooh, je voulais dire maintenant..." (ooh, I meant right now...)

This is the girl who can't speak French!
